The proofing process is very important to us. One tiny error or omission can ruin an entire project. We go to great lengths to proof every job for accuracy.
What's even more important to us, however, is that our clients have a hand in the proofing process. After all, we're working with your files. You should be the ultimate judge of your own project. So we've created an innovative online proofing system that allows you to view proofs without leaving your computer.
To enjoy the convenience of our online proofing program, contact one of our customer service representatives for more information. You will need a current version of Adobe Reader. This can be downloaded Free by going to the bottom of this page or our Home Page and selecting "Get Adobe Reader".
Please keep the following in mind as you review your proof either online, or printed out and sent to you.
Color proofs, whether online PDF or imaged onto paper, are approximations of the colors on your final printed job.
Because of the various technologies used to show proof colors on screen or on paper, there will always be a color and/or tonal difference no matter who you use to print your job.
If you require the minimum difference between the color on your proof and final job, let us know in the Special Instructions portion of our Request an Estimate form. We can offer high end color proofs that closely represent what the colors will look like on your final job.
However, we need to stress that there are always some shifts in color from proof to final print.
